How do we collect your data? 

Your data is collected firstly by you providing it to us. This could be data you enter into a contact form, for example. Other data is collected automatically or after your consent during your visit to the website by our IT systems. This mainly includes technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of the page visit). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website. 

What do we use your dada for? 

Part of the data is collected to ensure the error-free provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.

Transfer of data for commissioned processing 

For the processing of your personal data we will to some extent use specialized service contractors. Such service contractors are carefully selected and regularly monitored by us. Based on respective data processor agreements, they will only process personal data upon our instruction and strictly in accordance with our directives. 

IONOS 

We host our website with IONOS SE. The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (hereinafter referred to as: IONOS). Whenever you visit our website, IONOS records various logfiles along with your IP addresses. We use IONOS on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Our company has a legitimate interest in presenting a website that is as dependable as possible. If appropriate consent has been obtained, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar the consent includes the storage of cookies or the access to information in the user’s end device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. This consent can be revoked at any time. 

Microsoft 365 Email 

We use Microsoft 365 to process all our emails. Microsoft 365 Email is provided and hosted by the third-party vendor Microsoft. Data processing with Microsoft 365 takes place on servers in data centers in the European Union. As stated below we have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Microsoft. 

Microsoft reserves the right to process Customer Data for its own legitimate business purposes. We cannot influence these data processing operations by Microsoft. To the extent that Microsoft processes personal data in connection with its legitimate business purposes, Microsoft acts as an independent data controller for this data processing and, as such, is obliged to comply with the applicable data protection regulations

Storage duration

Recipients of Personal Data 

In the course of our business activities, we work with various external entities. In some cases, it is necessary to transfer personal data to these external entities. We only disclose personal data to external entities if it is required for contract fulfillment, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g., disclosure to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the disclosure according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, or if another legal basis permits the data disclosure. When using processors, we only disclose personal data of our customers based on a valid processing contract. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing contract is concluded.
